Constipation – Prevention and relief :

What can I do to relieve or prevent constipation?

The bowel needs support! Pregnant women must be careful of their diet. An important issue is to eat enough fibre, which it encourages the bowel to work harder and absorbs liquid. Take enough fluid, otherwise the process of digestion will slow down. At least drink 6 glasses of fluid, which can be water, tea, some juice or a little coffee. In addition exercises like walking or swimming for 20 to 30 minutes a day can be helpful.
