  Breasts - Pain :

What can I do about the painful feeling?

A really well fitting bra is the best way to relieve some of the discomfort. Many women find that comfortable cotton sports bra worn both day and night is helpful, especially where breasts grow considerably. What to look for in a bra: good support, deep band beneath the cups, wide shoulder straps and flexible closure. With a well fitted bra, women feel more comfortable and get used to the new sensation more easily. Breast tenderness usually disappears or decreases after the 3rd or 4th month.
