  Birth – False labour - Identification :

How can I identify a False Labour?

A few symptoms can help distinguish between real and false labour. If contractions are not regular and don’t increase in severity or frequency, and walking has no effect on them your case is a false labour. Other indications could be that your water is not broken; there is a brownish discharge or the foetal movements intensify shortly with contractions. In every case it is sure to contact your doctor about the recent occurrence.
